Kind and responsible customer service is important to me and I’m willing to pay a few dollars more for a product if it means I will get a trustworthy and dedicated employee/ company . We met Jen at bonavista pools In October. Our landscaper , cactus landscaping ( also recommend them ) suggested Jen and her local company and the communication with her was great from day one. Jen was knowledgeable, authentic , and most importantly , she listened to our wants. She made fair recommendations without upselling us. We were able to have our hot tub installed within 5 weeks of the order date. There was a couple minor hiccups but Jen advocated for us and dealt with the warranty company and we were able to get the issue solved . Jen responded to all emails and had constant communication with us. Wanting to buy local wasn’t an initial priority of mine ( I like to suppprt local yet I also wanted to reduce costs ) but happy that we got the service we did and got what we wanted all while supporting a local business in the process .

We got our hottub about 1 month ago and we are loving it. The entire process is very smooth, from the initial discussions with Rob around the model and size to the delivery. The quality of the product is very good but the review is due to compliment Rob and the team on the pre and post delivery service. The crew that delivered the hottub to our house was extremely professional and they gave me great tips on how to operate and go by the maintenance. A few days after the delivery, Rob came by in person and walked us through all the maintenance process and use. We definitely recommend the service.

We would highly recommend BonaVista. Rob took care of us from day one. As soon as we let him know what we were looking for, he was very helpful in providing us advice on which hot tub would fit our needs. Once our decision was made, the rest of the process was seamless. Rob was very clear on walking us through the next steps. He recommended us an electrician and a crane operator (to place our hot tub on the rooftop). After a bit of research on different companies and a couple of FB recommendations not to invest in a hot tub (maintenance & ongoing electricity costs), I went ahead and bought a hot tub from Rob at BonaVista. I Probably won't watch all 182 Blue Jays games from the hot tub every year, but only bc they play in the summer so guess I'll have to start watching more hockey... My skin (aside from my face which is not submerged so subject to a lot of steam) is soo smooth and while my insomnia/sleeping at normal people hours is by no means resolved being able to hop into a hot bubbly tiny pool at 3am and star gaze may make it hard to send to sleep hours condusuve to white collar office work. I highly recommend a hydrotherapy tub from anyone pondering it; and from BonaVista if you are either not handy with electrical, interested in having access to ongoing support & maintenance. Or if you have a tricky space to get the tub into as they offer full service and thus far; it's not good, it's great! But not nearly as great as the actual hot tub itself, that would be a lot to live up to.

We are so happy with our experience with BonaVista. From the minute we walked in Kylie was extremely helpful and made the process a breeze. We really appreciated her knowledge of the product, and her honesty throughout. She helped us find the right tub and features for our needs with no pressure to add on things than we did not want or need. From time of purchase to install was about 4 weeks which we were very impressed with. Additionally Kylie came to our house twice, once prior to delivery to help plan it and then after delivery to help us set up and show us the ropes. We were also very happy with the delivery service, both the team from Braymore cranes and the hot tub installers were pleasant to work with and certainly helped ease any anxieties we had about our new hot tub dangling high above us in the air. They made sure it was exactly where we wanted it and we are very happy with the process. Overall a very pleasant experience and would certainly recommend.
