We got our hottub about 1 month ago and we are loving it. The entire process is very smooth, from the initial discussions with Rob around the model and size to the delivery. The quality of the product is very good but the review is due to compliment Rob and the team on the pre and post delivery service.The crew that delivered the hottub to our house was extremely professional and they gave me great tips on how to operate and go by the maintenance. A few days after the delivery, Rob came by in person and walked us through all the maintenance process and use. We definitely recommend the service.
